Discover the most magical spots to pitch your tent or park your rig on your next Disney/Little Blue State Park adventure.
Discover the serene beauty of Little Blue State Park.
If you can’t make it all the way to a major theme park this year don’t despair, there is a place much closer to home that’s got its own form of magic. We’re talking about camping down by the river amongst 32-acres of the lush, rolling hills of Oklahoma! Okay maybe it’s not the same as Disneyland at all, but The Disney Little Blue Park is just as fun! Spend your days floating and swimming in the water, hunting for waterfalls on the shores, and reeling in fresh bass to grill up at your riverfront campsite. If you want a little more action head to the nearby off-road vehicle park for an adrenaline boost, aka roller coaster on wheels. All of this is only a short drive outside of Tulsa so you can keep it local and spend more time having fun. Now that’s pretty magical.
The best time to visit Little Blue State Park is during the spring and fall when the weather is mild and the natural beauty is at its peak. Summer offers warm days perfect for water activities, though it can be crowded. Winters are quiet but can be chilly, with a chance of snow, adding a unique charm to the landscape.
