Rules
Flags that are allowed to be displayed at your site!
American, Canadian, Military, including Air Force, Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Coast Guard, POW, MIA, and Veterans, sports and decorative flags such as holiday, seasonal, or garden!
CHECK-OUT
• Check out time 11:00 am • Please notify the office if additional time is needed. • No refunds for early departure. • Please leave the campsite clean. • Sites that need to be cleaned will be placed on your account.
SPEED LIMIT
• 5 MPH / Enforced for the safety of guests, children, and pets. • Golf carts are allowed (must be licensed to operate).
PETS
• All pets will require a leash. • No aggressive ANIMALS are allowed in the park. • Be responsible for your pets and pickup after them. • No pets allowed in the office, laundry room, and shower facility. • No pets left unattended outside. Fenced dog corral is located on premises to allow your babies to stretch their legs.
CHILDREN
• Children are the parents' responsibility.
RV ETIQUETTE
• All vehicles brought to the campsite must be in good/running conditions. • Vehicle maintenance and repairs are not permitted on site. • No open fires other than charcoal or gas grills allowed. • Site must be kept tidy and clean of trash. • No boats, storage trailers, non-operating vehicles, etc. allowed. • No Fuel / Debris Trucks, Semis, Heavy Equipment Trailers
FIREARM
• NO discharge of firearms or fireworks. • The discharge of firearms, BB guns, air guns/rifles, or similar devices is strictly prohibited. • Firearms are not permitted in any buildings or common areas. • The firearm exception is, that guests may have a firearm in a locked, private vehicle; in parking areas if permitted by law.
RESPECTING YOUR NEIGHBOR
• QUIET TIME hours 8:30 PM - 7:00 AM. • Please be considerate of other guests by observing this time. • Disruptive noise or conduct of any kind are strictly prohibited.
SMOKING
• No smoking / vaping in public areas, such as office, laundry room, or shower facility. • Dispose of cigarettes properly. • We are a drug free zone!
ALCOHOL
• No alcoholic beverages are allowed in public areas, such as office, laundry room, or shower facility. • Lack of moderation may require us to ask you to leave without any refund.
PARK
• Park on your site or designed area. • No parking on grass, road shoulder, or empty RV spots. • One RV and 2-vehicles allowed per site.
GUEST & VISITORS
• Must be 21 to rent a camping spot. • All rents are payable in advance, on or before the 1st day your rent is due. • No Campers older than 10 years without inspection approval. • No Window AC units • Rates are for two people. • Please place all trash items in plastic bags before taking them to the dumpster.
