We loved our recent stay at C2T Ranch! Chad and Cynthia are fantastic hosts and their warm and friendly hospitality is outstanding! The ranch itself is in a beautiful location and the spacious camping spots are right along the river with great views, big fire rings, picnic tables, and close proximity to a clean porta potty! They even offer delicious bbq meals to purchase- we had the brats and potatoes and it was excellent! Highly recommend this Hipcamp and we absolutely will return!

This place is phenomenal for all ages!! The horses, donkey and pup were so sweet and we absolutely loved them greeting us. Great place to stay and be away from it all. We had site #10 Wanda's place for 5 days and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Water and Electric at the site and tons of room. The Campsites are extremely far apart and we could not see anyone at all from our site. Friendly owner/host Chad & Cynthia. Lots of walking trails, wildlife, great views. We will be back. FYI: T Mobile is almost non existant but with our starlink we had full internet and wifil calling worked great.

Highly recommend! We are staying for a night in a middle of a long trip, host was welcoming and guide us to our site even all dark outside. Our site is quiet and private, I feel really safe staying here. Host provided good firewood for free. We spent the morning under the tree and letting our pup run free even in the water. He had a really good time after long road trip. I would highly recommend staying here with our without a dog

Wonderful spot to stay at! We were there just for a quick overnight but were greeted by the friendliest barn cats you could ever ask for! Beautiful landscape, and while we didn’t see horses, we got in late and left early so that’s on us! We would stay again, 10/10.

I know, we should talk about the views and the hospitality (which were amazing), but I want to say that was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! I was so suprised the bed was so nice! The cinnamon rolls and zucchini bread were perfect! The hosts were kind! The scenery was exactly what we hoped for... the stars were amazing! We had a nice trail to walk and got to see wonderful fall foliage. It felt safer than sleeping at the lake, which made the trip a lot more relaxing. I would recommend this camp and plan to return!

This was such a beautiful site! We had 2 sites next to each other and had plenty of space in a picturesque landscape. We were just passing through in a long journey but would absolutely stay here again. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We had to drive about 6 miles on unsaved roads but made it just fine with our travel trailer and class C campers.

Nice lake views, nice sunset.

Grama Campground

Some spots are not very flat. Particularly those right by the Lakeshore. I found spot 14 to be nice and flat and perfect for my sprinter camper van. It also has a good view of the lake at least when nobody’s company in front of you. It was perfect for the sunset. Otherwise, it’s a nice looking campsite with 30 amp hook up. Which is nice to help run AC during a humid summer.

Side Oats Campground

Side Oats is right next to Wheat Grass but without all the RVs! Just camped in September 2020- this spot was on a little peninsula so we could set up tent with water almost all around, park our car near the picnic table and have a lovely evening! The bathroom was a good 5 or so minute walk, but that 4AM trip gets you up to watch the starry sky that is nothing short of incredible. This spot at Side Oats is not reservable, we drove up, found a place, and they had envelopes to pay (or we paid the next day- $13).

Switchgrass Campground

Stayed here one night on our trip out to Utah from Virginia. Definitely planning to stay here again. Lots of great sites to camp and beautiful scenery, who knew Kansas was so awesome? The fantastic mountain bike trails were a big draw for us and they delivered. We'll be back.
