8.4km from Copeland Tops State Conservation Area · 29 sites · Tents, RVs
Camping within walking distance to Barrington River Located on the renowned Barrington flats, boasting an impressive 1km stretch of river frontage, Evermore Farm offers travellers a serene retreat. A leisurely pathway meanders through the bushes, perfect for birdwatching and peaceful moments of platypus spotting. As a working farm, there's a delightful opportunity to interact with our Guernsey milking cow, Verla, and our friendly Angus herd that is always eager for a nibble of hay. This historic farm has been tended by our family since 1910, with the current generation marking the sixth to nurture the legacy of the 'Everett Guernsey Stud' Farm. Ample space is available for parking larger vans and self-contained camping units. For those who prefer a more traditional camping experience, designated areas cater to tents and smaller setups.

Nestled on a picturesque 100-acre farm, your private campsite awaits. Choose from one of five secluded sites—each spread out over 5 acres, with your own exclusive large riverfront site to unwind, swim, and disconnect. Spend your days exploring deep-water swimming holes, soaking in natural rapids, trout or fly fishing, or simply relaxing under the stars with the soundtrack of the river. Lawns are lovingly maintained and there's firewood for purchase from the farmhouse to make your stay even easier. 🚗 Access: The farm is reached via a well-maintained unsealed road, suitable for 2WD vehicles. Expect a few shallow, low-speed creek crossings—just enough adventure to feel like you're truly off the grid. Please be aware that river crossings are dangerous. Flood waters can rise quickly. Please review current weather in advance and use common sense when entering river crossings and don't take risks. 🔥 Amenities: Fire pits welcome, and yes—there’s wood for purchase. MaMiKa Beef

13km from Copeland Tops State Conservation Area · 6 sites · Tents, RVs
An exclusive, natural camping experience situated on the beautiful Gloucester River under the picturesque Bucketts Mountains. We are just 5 minutes from Gloucester CBD. The Bucketts are within the country belonging to the Biripi and Worimi peoples, with Gloucester being known as Mookibakh. In the native language, the Bucketts mountains (the Buccan Buccan) means the “father of stones looking down on sacred land.” As an active beef farm we may have cattle in the paddock you camp in but the site will be secured by temporary electric fencing to ensure your safety. Hence, we ONLY allow dogs to stay whilst on a lead or tethered run at all times. Dogs sighted off a leash will result in you leaving immediately with no refund. Most of the year the river is lovely and clear and ideal for swimming, fishing, photography or just enjoying. Wedgetail Eagles, Black Cockatoos, Black Shouldered Kites, Kookaburras and Butcher Birds life in the area. As do kangaroos, possums and echidnas. Our night skies are very clear, no pollution here! All of our campsites are perfect for having a campfire (fire season dependent). Our sites are ideal for self-contained vans, camper trailers, medium motor homes, tents or swags, it’s up to you. You must have your own toilet facilities and take away all waste. This is very important and an absolutely essential requirement for all visitors. As is the case with general rubbish. You should bring sufficient water with you as we do not provide drinking or potable water. You will have very good mobile and internet coverage across the property. When you make a reservation at the property we will always endeavour to put you in your preferred location as best we can. However if we are impacted by adverse weather or need to run cattle on certain parts of the farm then we may need to make a change to the actual site you are in and trust you understand. We look forward to you visiting our farm!
