Nestled on a sprawling 40-acre working ranch, this picturesque retreat invites you to experience the tranquility of rural living with a touch of coastal charm. Situated just 2 miles from the mesmerizing ocean and a mere 1.5 miles from the renowned Floras Lake, our property offers an idyllic blend of pastoral beauty and aquatic allure. Embark on aquatic adventures as you paddleboard along the scenic Floras Creek, a journey that takes you from Boice-Cope Park to New River. For those seeking an exhilarating experience, Floras Lake beckons with its perfect conditions for windsurfing. Alternatively, immerse yourself in the serene surroundings by exploring the on-site hiking trail. Whether you're an outdoor enthusiast or simply looking to unwind, our ranch provides a perfect escape where you can savor the beauty of nature and create lasting memories. We are a working sheep farm. Feel free to visit the sheep behind the gate, but no dogs are allowed behind the gate to pasture. Please do not drive your vehicle into the pasture. Ensure the gate is closed to prevent the sheep from escaping. If you bring a pet, please clean up after them. Do not let dogs off-leash or wander into the gate as there have been incidents where dogs have bitten the sheep.Park your RV/trailer/tent in the yard next to the fenced pasture. You may hike the trail within the property. Jim Creek flows through our property and the middle meadow may be wet and muddy in the rainy season. We are a working sheep farm so please close the gate after you enter. Great star gazing at night.

Quiet & Comfortable Star Gazing
We loved camping on Daniel's land! Close enough to the main highway for convenience, but far enough out that it was so peaceful. We enjoyed cooking dinner on our camp stove and playing card games until dark. And star gazing was amazing in this spot! Highly recommend this spot if you are looking for a quiet and safe place to stay for the night!

Daniel was a great communicator and the place is in a beautiful spot with large cedars and sheep ranches a few miles from the coast. Unfortunately the photos make it seem like vast empty field but you are right next to the house on the property and the folks there had a loud party that went late. So, not unlike a campground; but we thought we were going to have solitude, a little privacy and a good nights sleep. All were elusive.

Lovely and Quiet
We loved our stay at Daniel's place very spacious, quiet (even with children living in the home on the property) and lovely surroundings! Daniel is very prompt in responding and communicating. Very accommodating and helpful when we expressed our needs and desires. We were looking for a place to park our RV on the last day of our stay after check out so we could take in a local farmers market event at Dragonfly nursery and he gave us great advice which worked in our favor!

We enjoyed a quiet evening in our 24foot Leisure travel van on Daniel’s land. Located about 1- mile off hwy 101 it was a great spot to unwind and not be bothered by traffic noise.

Great site! The sure was in a large grass field with plenty of room to navigate our trailer. The field was bumpy but pretty easy to find a fairly level spot. Daniel was prompt and helpful with his communication.
