The property sits on 461 acres in the Little North Fork Valley with small ponds, streams and the Little North Fork River flowing through the lower level of the property. It has many open and wooded areas as well as beautiful mountain views throughout. The property is approximately 10 minutes from the Town of Gates and Lyons. It is also 25 Minutes from the Detroit Lake day use area.

Great Host & Nice Campsites

I loved tent camping on Anthony's land. He met us upon arrival and guided us to our campsite. He supplied us with some firewood and gave us some background on the location (ex-golf course). The sites were big and open with a firepit and table/chairs. Porta-potty was spotless and overall the area was very peaceful and perfect for camping. I would stay again if i was back in the area.

This is such a wonderful site! Anthony is so kind and helpful—just a great host. The river is only about a 4 minute walk away from the tent. The views are gorgeous too. I’d definitely stay here again!
