Our property has 3.0 acres. There is a large front yard that is very inviting with a large fire pit. We have firewood available on site. There is private access to the dunes. You can camp and drive your off road vehicles to the dunes from your camp site. We are located 15 minutes to Pacific City where there are some good restaurants and a small grocery store. Tillamook is about a 20 minute drive.

Secluded property, nice host.

Nice, quiet spot with private access to sand lake. Make sure to connect with Dana before you lose cell service for the gate code in case he’s not on site. Also be aware that Google maps takes you to the next property to the north. Definitely a good spot if you’re into ATV’ing. If you need hook ups, you’ll be staying right next to the main house and outbuilding. We managed to find a little more privacy by foregoing hook ups.
