Description
Johnson Creek Campground sits on Lake Texoma, aka the “Playground of the Southwest.” In addition to tons of water activities, there are miles and miles of hiking and equestrian trails nearby. Check out Cross Timbers trail, which winds for 14 miles through blackjack forest, with views of the lake over rocky ledges. Campers aren’t the only ones who enjoy Johnson Creek - keep your eyes open for turkeys, bobcats, and hawks!
