Awesome private bedroom in a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in Astoria / LIC near the 36th Ave station. This is just for the bedroom and shared space. The building and unit were recently updated and upgraded with new appliances, including a washer/dryer in the unit. Double-paned windows keep the noise of the city down. There's a small living room, a decent-sized kitchen, a big bathroom, and a small courtyard balcony with a great LIC skyline view. My housemate is a sweet woman in her early 30s with a split WFH schedule.
