lots and lots of shade!! whole lot of grass too. host area comes with a grape arbor/ picnic covered area. Camp area is about 1 acre, property is 2 acres (smaller) Fruit trees very quiet and private from neighbors horse shoes, and other games provided for guests. Sorry no fires RV hook up includes sewer dump, electric, and water

Convenient access to Albuquerque in safe gated area. Plenty of room to navigate my 25ft motorhome. Trees, chickens and ducks add to the relaxed atmosphere.

Convenient gated access. Could use a little TLC but reasonably kept. Lots of chickens and ducks. Prepare for an early rooster wake up.

Site 1 - South Valley Hideaway
We had an excellent stay at Julian's location. Julian met us upon arrival and made sure everything was in order. The location is behind a secured fenced in area with controlled access to the gate. (you will be provided with the access code). Full hook ups with 50 amp power was available and even during the 90 plus degree days running both air conditioners we had no difficulties at all. The location was on the south side of Albuquerque and we drove into old town Albuquerque in a very short amount of time with no difficulty. I lost my cat and they assisted me with trying to find him as well. We did not experience any difficulties at all.
