Beautiful 1.5 acre property, green wild grass and alfalfa, surrounded by trees. You wouldn’t realize you’re in the city. Located walking distance to one of New Mexico's top restaurants, Farm & Table Located at the end of a dead end road. The property borders a local acequia (ditch water way) with quick access to nature walkways, bike paths and the Rio Grand River. Lots of bike and walkways. 1.2 miles to the Balloon Fiesta Park. Excellent location for attending or viewing from the land.

We loved our experience! The kids loved camping next to the lamas!! Also Not far from the Ballon festival grounds and looved our last day watching the fun from the lot...the balloons landed RIGHT infront of us!

Cassandra’s camping spot was the perfect location for the hot air balloon festival in Albuquerque. It really beat the alternative of a very expensive hotel for the weekend.

Camping with kids and animals
Great location for attending the balloon fiesta. We stayed 2 nights and saw the balloons land in the field next to us. Communication from the host was a little slower than expected but still very friendly and willing to help out with 2nd night accommodations

Ranch Oasis RV w/ hookups
We were there during the balloon fiesta and saw 3 balloons land on either side of our site. It was a convenient location to the fiesta. It was also fun to see lamas next door. It's a long driveway and requires some maneuvering for a bigger rig, but once you're situated, it's a great place.

Two thumbs up!
Nice quiet location. Rural within the city. Host was top notch and replied fast to questions I had. Would stay there again when in the area overnight.
