Our vision: Giving people the opportunity to spend time with our Miniature Horses & Donkeys. We’re excited to offer the chance to experience the relaxation and peace that practicing yoga outside with these amazing animals creates. Miniature Horses & Donkeys each have their own unique personality, and are bound to make you laugh! They are affectionate, and love cookies - graham crackers, vanilla wafers, carrots, apples to name a few…. Our goats are sure to entertain as well, quite often they jump our fence to visit campers. We have a flock of chickens wandering the property, they’re quite inquisitive. Our Catahoula Leopard Dog - Zhara loves to meet new people and other dogs. There are multiple camping areas on the property that are right near the pastures so campers are able to interact with the animals easily. Learn more about this land: Immerse yourself in miniature horse & donkey ranch life! Beautiful hilly area with trees for hammocks, and secluded camping. Amazing sunsets! Find relaxation in a Yoga class with our Miniature Horses & Donkeys. Inquire upon arrival to schedule (class is dependent upon availability/weather). Secluded camp area is on the back hill behind the barn. There is a fire ring, toilet, and mowed path to drive close to campsite. (see pictures) Camp area near driveway in front of the pastures, is in an open field, with a fire ring. Toilet is behind the barn. Our animals are the stars of the ranch, we have a herd of miniature horses & donkeys, and goats. Bourbon the goat quite often jumps the fence to visit campers. All of the animals love treats (graham crackers, vanilla wafers, carrots, apples), not too picky! The chickens and guinea fowl roam the property freely, so you're sure to see them out & about too.

Truly an oasis!

Miniature Horse & Donkey Oasis

Staying here was seriously such a dream! We have a small teardrop camper, so we parked right next to the front pasture. We had friendly horse and donkey visitors all day and loved getting to spend time with the animals. Rachael and Pablo were a joy to get to know and such kind, generous hosts. They made us feel like they were happy to have us there and experience their property. Definitely one of the best private camping spots I have been to and would highly recommend!

Miniature Horse & Donkey Oasis

My friends and I had an amazing time at the Miniature Horse & Donkey Oasis. We camped on the back hill and had plenty of space with three large tents. The views are awesome and you really get to be close to the animals the whole time. Definitely recommend doing a yoga session with Rachael. It was a great morning workout and the goats and donkeys joined in with us. It was a very unique and special experience to be that close with the animals and to see how friendly they are. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Solo camping weekend

Miniature Horse & Donkey Oasis

Really enjoyed my stay here. Very quiet, and was fun to interact with the animals. Rachel was a gracious host and gave me some good local intel when she found out I had plans to hike in the area. I was camping alone, and this was the perfect place to relax and feel totally safe.

Wonderful cozy farm for quick, easy camping. Hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Petting the mini houses and donkeys were a real treat, our puppies had a blast.
