Kathleen's campsite offers a peaceful and accommodating environment, perfect for campers looking to unwind in nature. The host, Kathleen, is consistently praised for her friendliness and helpfulness, ensuring guests feel welcome and comfortable. While the campsite is beautifully maintained with thoughtful amenities like hammocks and fire pits, some visitors note its proximity to a municipal airport, which can occasionally disrupt the tranquility. Overall, the campsite provides a lovely setting for both tent and RV campers, with easy access to nearby nature reserves and beaches.
Overall fine experience. Based on the photos I thought it would be a little more secluded and it turns out you're truly in someone's back yard. Id stay here again out of convenience but not for a camping trip.
Everything was perfect. Kathleen was very nice, she helped us in the night and gave us fresh water for our RV. We had a thanksgiving breakfast in our RV surrounded by beautiful trees and nature. 5 stars camp ⭐️
We had a great weekend camping at Kathleen's. They took the time to show us around when we arrived and provided us with an extension cord and had the portable loo bucket setup in a little privacy nook. We had our own area with plenty of tables and chairs and a hammock. It was far enough away from another campsite on the property. The one drawback that is mentioned in other reviews is proximity to the municipal airport. It was surprising how busy it was with loud prop planes taking off or landing what seemed like every 20 minutes throughout the Sunday we were there. It was less busy the next day, so may be more of an issue on the weekends.
A lovely space! Kathleen was very kind and helpful, and the place was quiet, peaceful, pretty, and thoughtfully laid out! I would definitely recommend a visit.
Very cute and cozy space. Hosts were friendly and accommodating.
