We loved the camping site provided by Kristen. The directions were clear, as well as helpful info she provided on a detailed sheet (upon checkin). Very peaceful property, extremely safe & well organized. The bathrooms were located in a watershed that was super cute, functional & exceptionally clean. We appreciated our country camping experience as a great escape from our busy city life. She offered farm fresh organic eggs that we were able to grill for breakfast & took some home with us. I would highly recommend camping at her place as it is an idealic experience that will be sure to create a beautiful memory. Excellent location conveniently located inside the park.

Expect the Unexpected
Kristen provided an amazing camping experience. The surrounding was peaceful and lush. The trees were in full fall colors. The fact that we had the chance to have a warm shower and bathroom, was over the top, but to find shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower?? Wow! Wait, and fresh towels to use?? I mean, who does that? Kristen does! That’s who! Not to mention there was a fridge to put our leftovers in, as well as a fire pit and wood at the ready was beyond anything I expected. She was gracious, and so were her daughter and father. It was a pleasure to make their acquaintance! Thank you for an exceptional experience!!

Awkward!
The host appeared pleasant and responsive. The listing however was inaccurate and short of relevant details .
This one was challenging as the set up was in a small (3) multi-family community in between two of the houses. Less than an acre. Photos hide the details!
We arrived tired and after dark so visibility was low. The next morning we were awakened by the sound of the host’s father driving his farm cart up the driveway next to our tent. Followed by other distracting sounds.
During the middle of the night my dog barked on two occasions. That morning he persistently barked at the host’s father when he was near our tent.
We looked out our tent to see that we were sandwiched in between the driveway of the host house and her father’s house with no dividers. No privacy at all!! We felt not only exposed but so very awkward.
The shower house and kitchenette though new, was a convenient inconvenience that was awkward since it is literally an arm length stretch from the host front porch and driveway.
The other site says it’s a “DISPERSED” camp site. But it is not so by true definition. This listing does not give an accurate description. Discovering it s a multifamily complex and in between houses. I could have tented right in my backyard!
When you sneeze or cough and wonder if you may be disturbing the neighbors it says a lot.

It doesn't get any better than this
The spots were large and grassy and the view is incredible. Right in the middle of a state park. One of the most amazing things is her water shed. It has two bathrooms, one with a full shower and it's as nice as any bathroom you've ever used. Also in the watershed was a sink for doing dishes and a refrigerator. There were little wall heaters in case things got chilly. Our host was so friendly and kind and invited us to pick apples off the trees on the property. This is one of our favorite campgrounds we have ever been to and we will definitely be coming back often.

Wonder Woods was what we needed!
We were looking for a "get away from it all" with time in nature and Kristen's Wonder Woods was exactly what we had in mind. Camping there was so comfortable and Kristen had really thought about what campers might need. She built a water shed that keeps us in nature, with two restrooms! And no stress if it rains, there's a hot plate and microwave. She was incredibly kind and thorough. Special thanks to her. We will certainly go back again! She has chickens, there are deer, maybe a badger, mushrooms, and caterpillars all on the property! It's a very short walk away from the state park! Perfect trip for me and my daughter! ❤️🏕️
