Campsite with tiny home
There is a mixup with this listing and the attached information is misleading. The reviews show another waterfront campsite with a beach. This is not the case. We drove 3hrs to this place thinking it would be a beachfront site when in actuality, it is just a lot where there is a shack. There are two roads that run on either side of the lot and a house right next door so if you are looking for a secluded spot to get away from cars and people, this is not ideal as there is noise from the neighboring houses and cars passing nearby. Since we were expecting something completely different, we decided not to stay. Brandon, the host was quick to reply and courteous answering our questions and helping resolve our confusion. Apparently, the reviews were for a lot nearby that may have previously belonged to him, but was sold. It seems the issue is entirely HipCamp’s fault and we place no blame on the host. We were not expecting one but did not receive a refund or any further communication once we informed the host that we would not be staying after all.

Campsite with tiny home
It was very easy to get here and there were lots of beaches nearby for me and my dogs to visit. Lots of wildlife and we even saw two fawns run through our camp!

Moneys rest
Campsite is secluded and quiet. Close to a beach about 15 minutes away. Everything was neat and clean when we got there. Grass was freshly mowed and porta potty was cleaned.
Campsite with tiny home
It was a little more rugged than I was expecting (lawn was a little overgrown and the tent pad could use some loving), but was good for the cost.

Well maintained lots of beaches
This spot is amazing! Very clean. The grass was cut, there are several trees to hang a hammock from. Super private, there is a tiny shed made into a tiny house that is available in bad weather. Brandon was very responsive and even let us borrow the kayaks. You’ll need a way to transport them through. I just shoved our in the back of my bronco and it worked fine. There are several beaches and parks throughout the area that are no more than an hour away. Calvert Cliffs is definitely a great place to visit. Our long weekend was great because of Brandon! Thanks Brandon, we will definitely be back!

Great site!
We love this site! This is our second time here. Everything is so close that whatever you want to do is only minutes away. The tiny home is perfect for bad weather. You can tent camp as well. Brandon was kind enough to let us borrow his kayaks. Brandon is easy to communicate with.
