After a day of crabbing or paddling the water trails, it’s nice to be back on solid ground.
Separated from the island by Daugherty Creek, this mainland site is the perfect place to kick off your water shoes, crack into some fresh crustacean, and watch the sun set over the Chesapeake.
The best for canoing, families, crabbing, boating, beach that you canoe to. Nice and quiet. Flies, ticks, and mosquitoes can be unmerciful, so call ahead. Reservations fill up very quickly.

The water here is pretty brackish, so you'll want to bring water in or have a purification system and some flavoring.
