The yurt itself is really cozy. The deck is a great extension of the house. Thank you for leaving ingredients for smores.

Shari's yurt was very clean clean and comfortable in a nice wooded spot. Some road noise, but overall my wife and I had a relaxing couple of days together. Would recommend!

Thank you Shari for opening up your yurt to us! My husband and I stayed for a weekend in April to celebrate our 19th date-anniversary with our two pups and we all had the most relaxing time. Comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen (with so many spices) and bathroom- even left toothbrushes for us which was perfect since my husband forgot his! Easy check-in and helpful instructions all throughout the yurt for every aspect. After falling asleep to the rain on our first night, we spent most of our time out on the deck reading and enjoying the view- the pups loves to sunbathe. The only thing I'll mention is that we had to move the little outdoor table to the corner of the deck to block a small space in between the yurt and the start of the deck railing because one of my dogs was able to escape through it, lol. We brought our own dog gate for the actual deck entrance to keep the pups corralled. Also brought our own dog bed but were happy to see one had been provided for us!

We cannot wait to return!
We are in love with Birdsong yurt. What an incredible place to unwind and unplug (unplugging optional). We spent Thanksgiving in the Yurt with our two kids and dog. The yurt is extremely well appointed. We managed to cook a full (vegetarian) holiday meal in the kitchen with just a little help from a cast iron pan from home. The weather was quite chilly, but the yurt was oh so cozy. It was so quiet with only the occasional road noise. The beds are super comfy. All of the furniture is perfect for relaxing. We did not leave the yurt during our stay. We had everything we needed. Thanks so much for sharing your incredible space with us!

The best glamping spot
This is an amazing property that everyone should experience! Shari replied quickly to any messages we sent and provided clear instructions for checking in and for heating/cooling in the yurt and hot tub. Everything was incredibly clean and the kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need. The hot tub and gas fire pit were delightful, we didn't even mind that it rained too much to light a wood fire outside. We had the best stay and look forward to coming back again and would definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect in every way!
If you’re reading this, book this yurt asap!! Our stay was everything we hoped it would be and 100x more! We couldn’t believe how perfect this place was. Shari really put an extra touch of thought and care in every little detail. There were so many little things we appreciated like the super cozy bed linens, well stocked kitchen and beautiful appliance, robes available for guest use, cute mugs and dinnerware, string lights inside and outside of the yurt, lovely decor, she really thought of everything! There was even a little basket with a personal welcome card, along with s’mores ingredients + popcorn. They also recently expanded the deck area, so it now holds the hot tub, a picnic table, a gas fire pit, and comfy lounge chairs. That was probably the highlight of the whole stay. The view from the hot tub was so beautiful. Shari was super responsive and helpful! Perfect in every way, all around! Dying to come back!
