Site 2 - Leon's Lakeview Campground
Magnificent Prairie!
I loved my stay here. Leon set out some orange cones so the entry was easy to find. Once here, I was astonished at the incredible restored Prairie! Both the overall size and diversity of plants was simply amazing. It's worth coming here just to see this. He has mowed nice paths all around it. Campsite 2 where I stayed has a beautiful view of the lake so it's very sunny in the afternoon and shady in the morning. It felt quiet, remote and peaceful. Leon kept in touch to make sure everything was ok. I loved my stay here.

Can’t Beat This Spot!
This campsite was bar none the BEST campsite and camping experience we have ever had! The privacy, space, view, and amenities provided were so far beyond what we had anticipated. Leon was a fabulous host and terrific with his communication and suggested local area activities, restaurants, and even a beautiful walking path on the property. Our dogs had an absolute field day (literally) with the area to which they could run and explore. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Secluded Paradise
Leon’s site was very spacious and clean, and the overall area was beautiful. He provided excellent directions in getting there, and I would happily camp there again.

Sunset lake view on the hillside!
Great experience start to finish. Leon is an awesome host! Made sure we had clear directions and checked in to make sure we were enjoying the stay
The location (site 2) was great. Plenty of room, firewood, shade and freshly mowed grass Beautiful sunsets and best view of the lake
Absolutely recommend this host and site. We look forward to returning

Site 1 - Leon's Lakeview Campground
Leon is a very attentive host and his site #2 is lovely. I enjoyed 1 night there as a stopover on a cross country trip. Lake Winnebago was so inviting from my campsite view that I wanted to swim, so I drove a few miles north to Calumet County Park where they have a bathhouse with showers and a swim beach, but, alas, it was not swimmable for algae levels (it’s a very shallow lake and heat does that.). That’s nothing against the site though. I loved it.
