Come stay in our 45 wooded acres that run along the Apple River. Enjoy the sights and sounds of nature amongst the rolling hills. This property has been in our family for generations. Come, stay and enjoy our property as we have for over 80 years. We provide secluded campsites with easy access and parking next to each site. Enjoy walking through our park- like trails which run throughout the woods. Listen to the wildlife, sit by the campfire, or enjoy canoeing, kayaking, or fishing on Apple River, and many other nearby lakes that our town has to offer. Downtown Amery is 2 miles away from the property. Enjoy small-town attractions, such as breweries, gift, antique, and thrift shops, outdoor music, grocery stores, coffeeshops, local restaurants, and bars. You can take a day trip to many of other small towns nearby, such as: - Taylor Falls, for hiking or daily river cruises on St Corix River. Located only 20 minutes west of Amery. - Balsam Lake, for shopping, eateries, restaurants, and boating. Located only 20 minutes NW of Amery. -Osceola, take a hike and enjoy the views of Cascade Falls. Stroll around downtown's many shops located 20 minutes due west of Amery. -Marine on St Croix, and Stillwater which are under 45 minutes west. We are just over an hour from the Twin Cities. Site 1 - Birch

Beautiful and instabooked

Very beautiful campsite we had #1 pretty secluded. The owners seemed very kind and communicative. They prefer people to be there before 8pm, which I understand. Just felt a little rushed as we’ve been on the road for a few days wanted to eat and sleep. They were fine and I’m sure had I communicated better I wouldn’t have felt as rushed. Had a rainstorm when we got there, the owners were kind enough to put wood under the table for us. So it was dry. Spent $10 got good some good chunks of wood. Would like to check it out during the winter for sure!

Site 2 - Maple

Easy overnight !

Last minute overnight trip and this worked out great! So nice to have a tent ready for you and plenty of space at the site for two cars, a screen and the firepit. Loved walking with the dogs off leash a bit and not being packed into sites like some places can be. And the hosts were so kind and helpful!! Great time!

Site 1 - Birch

Fun yurt stay

The site was so lovely. Yurt was spacious and perfect for a little time away. Maryam was communicative and helpful. It rained one night and we stayed warm and dry!

Site 4 - White Oak

We stayed in site #4 and it was a very private, rustic and relaxing site. The porta potty was closer to site #2 if that is important to you. We had fun exploring Amery and our dogs had a great time!

Site 4 - White Oak

We had a fantastic time here! It was so nice to have a tent already set up at the site so that we could focus on putting other things together. The tent was clean & dry, although it had been a rainy week & there were two bundles of firewood waiting for us. The site was private & filled with beautiful trees & a few trails. Maryam met us the following morning, dropped off more wood & shared local information & history of the land, inviting us to explore the areas nearby.
