We are renting out our gorgeous river property located on the Chippewa River in Exeland, WI!! Our 5-acre property is equipped with electricity and power pedestals for multiple campers, lots of space for outdoor games, a campfire area surrounded by string lights, and newly-constructed steps down to the river. There is a deep hole out in front of the property, great for swimming, and a landing across the river for putting in kayaks and fishing boats. Right off our river bank, we have caught muskys, catfish, smallmouth bass, and northern. We have two kayaks and two paddleboards included with the rental and firewood. There is also direct ATV and UTV access from County Highway Rd D to multiple trails heading towards the Blue Hills and endless trails heading to the UP. First RV is included in the rental, each additional rig is $50.Bring your RVS or tents and park alongside the beautiful Chippewa River. The site is mostly flat, so the RVs can be parked wherever you chose. Plenty of space for additional vehicle parking and trailers if hauling up ATVs, UTVs, boats, etc. There is also a crystal clear lake (Windfall Lake) 1.5 miles down the road with a sandy public beach. Water shoes are recommended in river due to rocks.

This was a great spot, nice and quiet with plenty of space for the dogs to run. You can tell a lot of work has been out into this property. The river views and fall colors were gorgeous. Would definitely stay again!

Great campsite on the Chippewa
32 ft Class C · Group trip
The campsite is well set up. They really set up a nice spot to have a campfire and enjoy the river with lights and chairs it cut down on the time we spent setting up. It was so nice to be able to pull in and start enjoying the site right away. There is a small rapids that you could hear at night from the RV. The host was friendly and responsive. You can tell they are investing in making this a nice place to stay. I can see this being a great place for friends to camp together with multiple RVs.

This is a great spot! It's right on the water and has an awesome fire pit and a huge yard. We will definitely be back when the weather is warm!

Tent
The site was absolutely gorgeous! It was next to the river so the white noise of the rapids made relaxing & sleeping easy. It rained all 4 days, but with the landscaping that the owners have done there was virtually no mud to be had. I will definitely recommend this site to others and would stay here again!
Special thank you to Lexi for making this site available for Hipcampers like us!!!

What an amazing property! The river swimming was wonderful and the improvements the owners have made to the property are perfect. We will definitely stay here again.
