Welcome to Winter Willow Barn & Breakfast! Nestled in the heart of our family hobby farm, Winter Willow offers a cozy retreat with a home cooked breakfast and nature experiences available a la carte. Wake to farm-fresh eggs, local breads, homemade jam and hot herbal tea. The property features wooded walking trails, swings, and a secluded fire pit for your enjoyment. Enjoy your stay in our private and spacious (30X40) two-level historic barn and loft. Accessible by a modern staircase, your loft retreat features a queen bed with premium bedding, a trundle with two twin beds, inviting sofa, a pellet stove and cozy blankets, recycled floors, an antique wash stand and basin complete with soap, refrigerator, coffee corner with coffee maker (filters) and coffees/teas, and a children's corner featuring books and toys. Full electric as well. Downstairs features a small kitchen area with sink and propane stove/griddle and an indoor bathroom with a portable/flushing toilet. Plates, bowls and cutlery are provided along with cooking utensils and a handful of pots, pans, and bowls. Salt, sugar, and cooking oil also provided. We provide filtered water and cream in the refrigerator upon your arrival, and for families with young children we have a gate to block the staircase and outlet caps for added security. We have twelve chickens who are a part of our family, and you are welcome to feed the chickens clover or fresh flowers, and help us plant flowers or pick apples depending on the season! We also have two farm dogs and two farm cats who might want to say hello.Spacious, two-level barn and loft retreat with temperature controlled pellet stove for chilly nights or cozy, rainy days to just “be.” Enjoy fall foliage and roaming turkeys, early winter snow and wooded trails, or our spring tulip and daffodil fields. Close to city but tucked in the country! Abundance of orchards and ATV trails surround the property, with walking trails through our woods and serene swings with views far and wide. Breakfast from our chickens and kitchen to you available. Be pampered! One queen bed and a trundle bed featuring two twin beds, complete with comforters and bedding. Games for adults and children alike. Cozy couch for cuddling. See property listing for multiple photos and details. The barn is situated towards the middle/back of our property and your loft is completely private with its own fire pit and Adirondacks. Winter Willow Loft
We loved staying at Kim’s renovated barn! The space was comfortable, cute, and peaceful. The views of surrounding farm fields and forests were breathtaking, especially with the fall colors. Kim was a gracious host who took time to show us around, and made a very delicious breakfast. We definitely plan to return. I’d highly recommend!

The kids and I had a lovely time here. Kim and her family were very hospitable. We loved playing with their pets, walking around the property, playing games in the loft, enjoying s'more's at the private bonfire pit and enjoying a farm fresh breakfast outside in the morning sun. The barn loft was very cozy and relaxing. We highly recommend.

What a hidden gem! Such a hospitable couple!! Kim’s communication was top tier! The loft was cozy & comfortable. It was such a treat to have a farm fresh breakfast delivered. The property has beautiful views. We will be back!

Amazing, Romantic Gem!
Highly recommend! This was the best set up, super romantic, warm and cozy. The bed was like sleeping on a cloudy. Total peace and quiet, nice spot to sit out under the stars. They truly have thought of everything down to every little detail. Great cooking spot with a sink. Super clean bathroom area. Breakfast was great too. Great thought and care was put into everything. ♥️ Would DEFINITELY recommend you check this place out!!!!
