đŸ”„ campfires as per shire rules are allowed between April 30th and October 1st đŸ”„ Thanks all Our family moved to Toodyay 5 years ago after spending 8 years in Kalgoorlie, we dreamt of space to keep animals and raise our children. Avonbrook is ideal with its yearlong Creek and rocky outcrops for our Dexter cattle and Nigerian Dwarf x goats. We hope to enjoy for many years to come. We have 3 campsites at the moment, site A is the smaller of them. There are unfortunately a few ants nests around so please be aware and pitch up anywhere around the site thats best, even on the paddock side if suits... thanks, Sarah PS the cows can be naughty and like to chew cords so keep the gate shut to resist temptation! Hope you enjoy your stay on our land. Proceeds go back into feeding livestock and the maintenance of our farm. We appreciate it so much as an exchange of services and an amazing contribution towards raising our family thankyou Please no camp-fires during shire restricted periods of 1st Oct till 30 Apr thanks

Beautiful stay.
What a beautiful spot. The flowing creek really makes the stay awesome. Not a complaint, however take aeroguard or something similar for the bugs and mozzies. Is to be expected next to a source or water. Sites are well spaced and area was very peaceful. Overall highly recommend and will definitely go back.

Avonbrook creekside Site 2
Site 2 was a nice big flat area by the flowing stream to park our caravan. We only heard the sound of birds and the trickling of the stream all weekend.

Creekside Site A
Campsite A was a perfect spot, very peaceful with, shade and a lovely bubbling brook close by. We loved sitting around the fire at night and the property is close enough to check out Toodyay, Northam and York during the day. Unfortunately our ballooning experience in Northam was cancelled due to wind, but all was lost as we had a lovely 2 night getaway, thanks Sarah.

Avonbrook Creekside Site 1
We loved camping here. The tranquil flow of the stream and the serenity of the place. It was a totally magical experience. We were blessed to witness the blooming flowers in the fields in the morning and by the evening they had closed up for the night and repeated the next day. My partner and I are first time campers and to be camping here has started our love for camping. We were blown away. Thank you Sarah you have made our stay a special memorable experience. Hoping to be back soon.

Lovely and Peaceful site
We loved tent camping on Sarah's land! The views were beautiful and directions were clear. There was another site nearby but it wasn't too loud.

Avon Brook
A hidden gem with privacy from other camp sites. The babbling creek was so beautiful going to sleep next too and so quiet. Definitely will be coming back!
