Vacay' or farm-stay. Your personal, primitive campsite promotes quiet seclusion and privacy, while maintaining wide open space for sunbathing and star gazing. A truly tranquil place to enjoy exclusively, or to use as a basecamp for the unlimited adventures possible in this scenic area. Bring your kayaks, bikes, or egg basket for whichever adventure awaits you. We are a first generation, working 16 acre homestead in Langley, WA on beautiful Whidbey Island. We've only been building up our homestead for about 2 years, so the farm only covers a few acres - the rest is naturally regenerating wilderness. Around the hill and below in the "wild meadow" we've cleared out a vehicle trail to a secluded spot for camping. Though we raise chickens, goats, a cow and a pig nearby, you would never know it from your camp site. Our property is far enough from the city to feel remote and surrounded by wildlife, yet we are a 15 minute bicycle ride from the beach and the town of Langley and all the benefits that civilization has to offer. Beachcombing, wine tasting, concerts, hiking, fishing, crabbing, kayaking, swimming, and dining, just to name a few. • Dogs are welcome, but not allowed to roam freely. Please leash while exploring and please pick up after them. • Potable water is available on the property at well-house. • Public restrooms nearby (24/7), • Public showers nearby (10-5), • An RV dump station nearby (24/7). * No fireworks, firearms, or hunting. * No chainsaws. Available upon request is: Homestead participation Farm fresh eggs $ Firewood bundles $ Whether you are looking for a basecamp for your adventures or just a quiet place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee, you will not be disappointed. Welcome and enjoy! After you turn onto our property, you will have signs directing you where to go. This campsite is down a narrow dirt road that deadens with a loop. The turnaround is narrow so any vehicle longer than 20ft (crew-cab pickup) may not make the turn - mid-size SUV, rooftop tent or class B rvs should have no problem. The tent site is a grassy area slightly off level and a few lumps under the ground. The area is large enough to fit an 8-man tent or for your camper van, there is plenty of space in the circle to find somewhere level to park. For you tenters, an inflatable pad is recommended. The site comes with a fire ring w/grill for your campfires and cooking. All campfires must remain within the ring to adhere to local regulations. Fire wood is available on request. Cell service is T-Mobile and Verizon.

Quiet hideaway!
We had such a great time camping on Randall’s land. Tucked away from the road it was very private. There was a little fire pit and Randall provided wood to take for a donation. It was a wonderful stay and a great place to catch up with some friends! Thank you for having us.

Our quick wedding stay
We had never used this app before and were a little bit skeptical going into it. However, the Ellis family made everything seamless! They sent us directions and even pulling up with no light out, we were able to find the camp spot. We had a great quiet stay, you’d never know there’s a farm not far away. We would 100% come back to stay if we’re ever in the area again! Thank you Ellis family!

Convenient location, especially to the Clinton ferry. We just stayed one night to catch an early morning ferry and it met our needs. Host had great communication. Definitely felt private from everything else. We had a tent, and this would be much better fit for a camper, that was accurately described on Hipcamp though!

Randall’s site was perfect for my solo restoration getaway. So private! Randall’s directions were clear and his location was ideal for my needs. Trails right there off Maxwelton for mountain biking, the wonderful South Whidbey community park where I attended a free Tuesday evening concert, and easy access to Langley. If you walk or bike trails, also visit Putney Trails park — A-mazing!!! Randall was very honoring of my privacy, but also very tuned in to providing for my needs - fire making supply, water, etc. My stay was terrific, I would stay again! Thanks again!

Exactly as described with maximum peace and minimum insect pests. Zero shade means 100% solar gain for your panels. Verizon varied between zero and 1 bar during my weekend stay. Lovely site
