This is an adorable log cabin on an acre of land surrounded by fir trees. (Some of the pictures in prior reviews are from when I was renting out the smaller cabin- this listing is now for the larger cabin!) 🤗 You feel like you’re waking up in a state park, but you’re just ten minutes from town. Mt Adams and many hiking trails are nearby. If you are a rafter or a kiter, we are very close to the river as well! It will sleep 4 comfortably- please contact me about extra guests. There is a trundle bed with twin mattresses, and a Queen bed. Both have fitted sheets only. Please bring everything else you may need to be comfortable. The cabin is off grid so charge your electronics beforehand and bring a cooler! It’s a great place for a reset : ) Get your feet on the ground and wake up with the birds chirping. NOTE: You have to pack trash in and out. Leave no trace. I do not have trash pick up at the cabin and anything left has the potential to lure wildlife in. Thank you for your understanding!A little log cabin out in nature but close to civilization! Best of both worlds. It will sleep 4 comfortably- please contact me about extra guests. It’s “glamping” at its finest! A propane stove, and both wood fire or propane heat. The fridge is not currently functional so you’ll need to bring a cooler, and there’s no water at the cabin at this time but there is at outhouse. There are many many trails, caves, rivers and streams in the area, and even Mt Adams is nearby! *pets welcome if very well behaved. Pawsitive Cabin Experience

We had an incredible weekend at Suzy’s beautiful Cabin, it truly was magical. Very close to town and many adventures in and around Gifford Pinchot National Forest. My girlfriend and I brought our 4 dogs and settled in to cabin life quick. The dogs had a blast on the acre and enjoyed romping around the property. We were more than content sitting on the porch watching the dogs and taking in the beautiful surroundings around the cabin. Very cozy inside with a great wood stove that we put to use. We messaged Suzy before booking and we were surprised how welcoming she was with all our dogs tagging along. Very thankful for her to share this with us and I would recommend this cabin to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Beautiful cabin, property. Suzy’s land is a rare treasure. The amenities, location, quaintness all adds to making a stay an unforgettable one. Suzy made our stay as comfortable as possible and we are already looking forward to our next stay.

Magic lil log cabin

Sweet snowy stay in this lovely cabin. Impressively accommodated off the grid. Stayed warm at night by the gas stove, warm during the day by the wood stove. So nice to have a range for cooking and hot water for dish washing. Highly recommend for a romantic getaway.
