Stay at our private piece of rain forest paradise. Our 9 acres of forest is adjacent to the Olympic national park and the Olympic discovery trail. Camp next to Lake Crescent and the Sol Duc river/ hot springs, immersed in the Olympic rain forest, next to a bubbling creek. There is hiking , biking and boating in all directions. Each camp is semi secluded, surrounded in ferns and old growth trees. With many trails that loop around and covered outdoor kitchens, its a great spot to chill and cook or explore the forests thousands of ferns and bubbling brooks . Located a mile and a half from Lake Crescent, adjacent to the Olympic Discovery Trail and the Olympic National Park, our property is a perfect gathering point to explore the possibilities of the peninsula. You will think you're in the park.

Loved it

This was one of the most amazing campground I have ever been at. Beautiful and with a great host, Seath. He was so helpful and kind when we finally arrived after driving for an hour in the wrong direction. We had conversations every time we saw each other, even share gulyas recipe! We LOVED him! There was very good firewood to buy. We cooked our meals in our site on coal and wood. Our site was secluded but close to all the fantastic amenities they offer. Full, open kitchen with amazing utensils and cookware, fantastic drinking water from their own well, clean bathrooms and toilets, little gazebos to sit and enjoy your surroundings. Wood sculptures and little Japanese bridges across the creek. The whole area is magical. Simply beautiful nature with giant trees, moss and ferns, next to some major trails deeper into the forest. All the campers were happy, friendly and helpful. Quiet evenings too! Me and my old friend had the best time there on our trip from Los Angeles and back. Be aware that there is no Internet or cell phone service but that felt good too. So make your important call before you enter. We are really happy that we had a chance to stay there for 3 days. This place is pure magic and so whimsical. Loved the wood carvings hidden in the woods and all the amenities. My site was very secluded and quiet in the trees.

Commune with nature

Beautiful grounds. Lots of privacy and public space. I loved the spiritual quotes and carvings around the property. They have full outdoor kitchens you can use. Great location for visiting the Olympic National Park.

Fae-touched Fun!

This location was magical. In-work for 7 years, it now has 2 mostly electric kitchen areas and a (slightly temperamental but worth it b/c it is FAST ;) ) propane pizza oven, excellent bathrooms, a ping pong and games space and wonderful (host made) wood carvings and extra fun touches like a big net to hang out in and lovely group gathering spaces. Each tent site is well-appointed and blends in in an organic fashion with the woodland. Fairies would feel well at-home here, and might be! ;) 4 was perfect for our needs, which included its being safe and easy for a slightly feral toddler to lead us about by our noses. Situated on a path that led to bathrooms and one kitchen space, 4 was also very close to the kitchen space w/ the pizza oven. The floor of tent spaces is made nice w/ some added cushioning beneath (with a toddler that does acrobatics in his sleep, this was especially nice! ;) ) and they provided a foam mat for him to sleep on. The bed was the firmest inflatable we have ever encountered (we have a firm mattress w/ slats beneath @ home and this was firmer. 😂) Bedding was great - comforter and a heating blanket for feet! There were tons of thoughtful touches - flower arrangements, cooking stuff, nice soaps, etc. - everywhere. We especially wanted to thank our woodland maître d, Seph. He was consistently helpful and friendly. Made the place feel like hanging out the sort of friend's who, as a host, makes sure your every need is met. Great worker, too!

Magical getaway

This place was magical. We had a wonderful time here. The tent was dry and cozy. The kitchen area had everything needed. The location was wonderful. The road getting in is a bit steep but we managed it in a little kia. I will be coming back.
