Forest Tent Site F
Cute Site, but Very Close to Hwy!
The site was cute, but it is right on the highway!! If you are a light sleeper, that could be tricky. I slept like a baby, but I never travel without my earplugs :) The hammocks were so nice and it's super close to Lake Crescent! The folks in the store were lovely, the bathrooms were clean and I didn't use the showers or the laundry, but the facilities looked to be in excellent shape!!
If you are traveling with someone with mobility issues, there is a steep walk to get down to this site. It wasn't an issue for two of us in our crew, but the third definitely had some trickiness getting back and forth to the car from the site. We just carried everything for her and it was fine!

If you pay a little extra to stay off the road a little the noise really isn’t that bad. Bathrooms were very nice. Would stay again

FOREST SITE A
Beautiful, well kept campground with very clean restroom, showers and laundry room. Only thing I would switch up was being at site A. There are a few flood lights on a building next door that lights ya up a bit! But seriously everything else is fabulous. 100% would stay again!

FOREST SITE B
Shadow Mountain RV park
This is the second time we had camped in that area, it was cleaned, maintained. You got a gas station, food and fuel, actual bathrooms with showers, and a laundry room what can beat that area on a campground with all of that and the site prices are decent prices. I recommend family and friends to check it out. Recommend going when it’s a hot weather. We got a lot of rain during the camp but made it through having fun.

Dispersed Campsite
Not dispersed camping
These aren’t really dispersed sites, it’s “pick somewhere safe by the gas station,” our spot was between the dumpster and the propane tank. The other option was basically the grassy shoulder off the road. There’s a perfectly good field higher up the hill with a playground that would work but we were told we couldn’t camp there. The gentleman working the convenience store/campground was really nice though.

FOREST SITE D
The campground is adorable and quiet, just road noise, which doesn't bother me at all. The little store has a great selection of stuff and the bathrooms and laundry facilities were great! Would stay here again.
