70 ft. of Yakima Riverfront set on 1/2 acre is sure to float your cares away. Relax and look across the river at undeveloped forest and take in all that nature has to offer. Summer is the perfect time to take a dip in the river, bask in the warm breeze and nap under the shady cottonwood trees. If you feel like peeling yourself away from the property, the mountains are your playground. Take a hike, go mountain biking, bring your ATV of choice or enjoy the quaint old downtown(s) of Cle Elum and Roslyn. So much to do and enjoy, one trip may not be enough! please note: during your stay, the owners RV will be onsite, out of the way and unoccupied.Back your RV under our large covered structure and be mere feet from the calming flow of the Yakima River. Enjoy the entire property, including the fire ring, picnic table and 70’ of grassy river bank. Fly fish right from the property, take a cool dip on a hot day, bird watch or just kick back and take in all that the Eastside has to offer. The quaint towns of Cle Elum and Roslyn are close and worth exploring. Thorp fruit stand is a half-hour drive and Snoqualmie Pass is 20 minutes. please note: the owners RV may be on-site but out of the way and unoccupied.

Beautiful spot right on the river! This is a tidy setup with everything we needed. Kristen and Bryan also went above and beyond to be great hosts, which I super appreciated. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful spot! We had a 27ft travel trailer and 8 man tent with plenty of room. Kristen and Brian were great at communicating. Toilet was clean and stocked with toilet paper, hand sanitizer, and air freshener. Outdoor sink was a great addition and very useful. Picnic table with string lights above was a nice touch for night time. Shower had enough privacy and had a hose hung up to shower off. The river was great although I wish there was easier access to climb down for our dogs and ourselves. Its about 2-3ft deep right off the bat but gets shallower towards the middle. We floated the river with a 5 min drive up river to Hundley boat launch. It's a short 10-15 min float right by camp. We kept going for 1:30-2 hour float to river front park for pickup. Its about a 12 min drive from camp. Easy relaxing float! There was a house on one side and a trailer on the other (not sure if occupied) but neither one was bothersome or loud. Plenty of room for yard games and our large dog play pen. Wish I would have taken more pics but we were too busy enjoying the beautiful scenery! All in all a great place and would love to visit again!

Great for an rv, we had tents and the cost is a tad high for tent camping but very reasonable if you’re bringing an rv. Beautiful scenery, loved being by the water. Toilet was very clean, they have a set up for a shower but no actual Shower, if you bring your own set up it’s the perfect spot for it. The sink was a great additional as well. Would definitely come back!

Grassy camp by the river

Great spot by the river, and has a lot of extras like power and water. Easy to wade or just enjoy the fire ( if allowed) and liked having the firewood available even though we had brought some. Very clean and planned out campsite. There is 1 neighbor next to us but was very quiet and not a problem. Would recommend!

Nice quiet piece of land, with beautiful scenery...river and trees. We loved the fire pit in front of the river and spent a few days just relaxing.

Camping on the river!

The owners were very helpful with our unique circumstances and also were 100% responsive to our requests. The property was peaceful, right on the Yakima River. Thank you Kristen and Brian for your support!
