The River Resort sits on the Pilchuck River, which is located on a dead end private gravel road. Plenty of space to pitch a tent or three. In the summer months, an RV can be used down there. But there’s a long drive-way that leads to it that a RV can be used with power close by, room for additional RVs with power at additional cost but they have to stay in the drive to the river spot. There is a CLEAN custom made vault restroom for both men/women with lots of wall reading plagues for your bathroom entertainment!!! Also, an instant hot water tank for a shower for guest to use available starting mid June 2024. There are two picnic table, a propane grill, a propane fireplace for when there is a burn ban, bring your isn propane or $15.00 a night if we provide. There is a wood fire pit by the river. A covered gazebo over another wood pit is available, but it is not as private as we may be there but typically don’t if it’s damp out. (Again Gas and wood provided for an additional fee, a wheel barrel of good dry wood for $20.00). Owners live on property but you’ll have 100% privacy at River (unless you want to kick it with a couple cool people), a couple bikes for bike rides, kayaks, paddle boards, two pontoons available to rent at additional cost. Advanced notice for pontoons are available . Starting 6/1/24 there will be a yurt set up on the property. So fees may be increased. I’m going to set up another site available on the property in a different listing if you just want to bring your tent so look for the tent listing as well. You don’t have to stay in the year. You could bring your tent. If you choose to stay in the yurt and you want to bring additional. The list is for eight people on the property, if you choose to bring additional guest, it will be five dollars per night per guest. We asked that any garbage you bring you take and any dog or animal droppings you clean up as well. Other than that come out and enjoy our beautiful property and I hope you have a wonderful experience here. Reach out if you have any questionsThe yurt is 13ft in diameter. We have a double bed. Bring your own linen. We provide a mattress protector that’s sanitized after every use. There is a fold out chair that sleeps one and a twin air mattress. You can also set up tents for additional guest. Fall asleep to the sound of the river. You’ll have access to a fire pit under a gazebo if it’s rainy, it’s a shared area with us host!.You will have a fire pit near the river. Firewood provided at an additional cost, paid ditectly to the host. It’s flat and the ground is sandy soft or muddy during rainy season. The vaulted restrooms are very close and has an ice machine, a heater for when it’s chilly, a very nice instant hot water heater that provides a really nice hot shower! You’ll have access to a gas grill. Propane is not provided, so bring a tank for BBQ or a portable propane porch heater! Bring your favorite cooking utensils! Propane not provided but you can fill your tanks just in case in town at the Shell station. There is a separate fire pit with a charcoal base and a kettle bar! One hammock for lazy days right on the river! There’s power available at the restrooms. We have one extension cord to the yurt. If you need power for your other items, bring another power cord. Kid bikes, swings, teeter totter, floating toys are for your use! Everything is at your own rusk! We are constantly adding more! So come check us out!

Great river camping

Myself and three kiddos stayed a couple of nights. The location was great and there's so much to do on this property. Lynn and Bruce have an eye for all the details to make this place so comfy, no matter the western WA weather. We will absolutely come back!

Nice area next to the river! Had a shower and out toilet. Had propane grill, charcoal grill, and a fire place. Also had a nice yurt to fit a few people. Over all was fun and will definitely come back!

Perfect for all ages!

Lynn and Bruce were so welcoming! Their property was perfect for all ages: the gentle river, the large camping areas, their flexibility with our large group. Our family camping reunion was everything we could have hoped for!

Secluded getaway on the river

Lynn + Bruce are great hosts and I really loved staying at their bell tent on the river. There are tons of hikes and other things to do in the area, although the campsite is about 5 steps to the river so I found myself hanging out by the water for most of my stay! The site itself is very private and was also nice having a very clean shower house/outhouse available as well!
