With 300ft of private waterfront river access across 4 acres, River's Edge provides easy access to the best fly fishing in Washington state. There are endless opportunities to relax, fish and enjoy a quiet stretch of the Yakima River. Complete with 4 RV hook-ups offering 30/50 AMP + water service and 4 tent only sites, you can enjoy this slice of unique Washington wonderland with your whole family. Rustic and remote, you will feel instant peace and relaxation as you arrive. Just over an hour east of Seattle sits our beautiful property. It's an easy and beautiful drive on I-90 all the way, then a short drive to the property. Being on the east side of the Cascades, this campground is almost always sunnier than the city, warmer in the summer, and snowier in the winter. But the riverfront is where the true magic is. Fly fishing and bird watching heaven! Many hours have been spent relaxing in, on, or near the river with friends, family, and dogs. It's always changing, always alive, and that's why we love it. If you need supplies, groceries or a restaurant, the town of Ellensburg is just 13 minutes away, and the fun town of Cle Elum/Suncadia resort with its restaurants and the Swiftwater Winery, is about 22 minutes away. Remote yet connected! Our property amenities include a shared, central fire pit & gazebo/table/chairs for all guests to use. There is a flush toilet available on site (however no shower or laundry access). Our site is intentionally rustic and we can't wait to share it with others who love being outdoors with nature. Suggested Packing list: River shoes, bug spray, sun hat, suncreen, camping chairs, binoculars, layers (it can go from chilly to blazing and back again), a good book, board games, s'more supplies, floaties/life jackets, leashes/poop bags.

Caddis Cove (Site #1) - TENT
Loved camping at Adam’s land for two nights. The directions were very clear so it’s hard to miss the entrance. Site #1 is on the corner, right on the river. Bathroom is not too far and very clean - actual toilet and sink but shower was not operable. My boyfriend and I were able to go down to the river and enjoy the cool water. I would love to come back to this site every year and I recommend to those who are tent campers like us :) Absolute favorite campsite from hipcamp.

Tent Site #6 - Water Only
Camping at this location was great! It was very quite and with the river right next to the campsite. The host was very attentive and provided clear directions to the site and was able to answer all my questions it a timely manner. I would definitely recommend staying at this location. Also the bathroom was very clean.

Tent Site #8 - Grass Field
Had a great time camping on Adam’s site. Quiet and beautiful sounds by the river. Bathroom is super clean and has a flushing toilet! Sites have water access with hoses. Only thing is updates on the given map. Had some trouble finding our site since it’s a large space with missing numbers for spots. Landscape is scratchy & grown so wear pants and closed toed shoes. Good amount of bugs being by the river. There’s a shared patio and fire pit in the center for all to use. No individual pits on camp spots itself. Adam’s firewood burnt great! (Stuff we brought sucked). Would definitely go back! Close to lake kachess & easton.

Caddis Cove (Site #1) - TENT
We loved staying at Adam's site. He has done a great job getting the land in shape to support campers. Gorgeous view and access to the river. The location is great because we were back and forth between the Yakima Canyon and Cle Elum a couple times. I'll be back this summer with my kids for more fun.

Adam was very responsive whenever I had questions! The site is chill and low key which I appreciated. The bathroom was clean. Overall a great experience!

Green Drake Glen (Site #2) RV/TENT
Beautiful spot, great cleared sites and nice clean bathroom. Got to watch bald eagles fishing on the river, really lovely!
