Our property is a serene getaway to park your RV, go be in nature, and also be close to Spokane. We're a paved road to our property and not far off the I-90, about 7 minutes. You can experience beautiful sunrises and sunsets on our property. About 15 minutes away is Fish Lake. It's a wonderful lake for swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing. There is also the Fish Lake bike trail there that is paved and wonderful to see birds and wildlife. Our place is close to many nature areas, just ask and I'd love to help guide you! Or if you're going into Spokane for groceries or other adventures, we're 15 minutes from downtown Spokane. The paved RV parking is fairly close to our house, we will provide as much privacy as you need. If you chose to take your RV further into the land, you can park anywhere and we can run an extension cord to power, as long as you don't park in the way back of the 5 acres. We were just passing through and booked Katie’s spot last minute. She answered quickly and we’re glad she did because we got a great night sleep at her quiet and peaceful little spot.

Katie’s spot was perfect for a night layover on our way to Glacier NP. Super quiet, pretty sunset and heard some coyotes during the night. Great location only 10 min to Spokane.

Katie was very responsive to our questions. The campsite we chose was closer to their shop/barn to take advantage of 15 amp power and water. Our nights we're quiet and we slept well. It feels like a very safe place.

Nice quiet neighborhood
39 ft travel trailer · With kids
This site is in a nice quiet country neighborhood. Houses around but surprisingly quiet. Lots of birdsong and pretty sunset. The RV site is next to the host’s residence but they were adamant about giving us our privacy. They have a dog behind a fenced in area but we swear we never heard him bark once. Of course, we have no pets but we do have kids lol.
The water pressure is great. There are a couple 110 outlets if you have the right adapters to convert from 30 or 50 amp. We parked off to side of their driveway. We have a 39 ft travel trailer and are 61 ft total but we backed in fairly easy. Site only needed leveling on one side. There is optional parking in a nice big field behind her house if you want more privacy but if you go too far back, you would be dry camping.
No problems getting to sight. It is about 20 min away to lots of shopping in Spokane. We only stayed one night on our way through to Idaho. Host was very kind and answered any questions quickly.
