Nirvana gardens is at 3000 feet in the North Cascades of Washington. It is 140 acres with a private lake. You will have access to hundreds of acres of roaming with your own private lake. Trail run, hike, Mountain Bike, lake swim, or just sit, meditate, and read a book on the cedar dock watching the sun sets. Nirvana is available in winter with certain requirements. Please message before booking to get a list of the requirements for winter months October 20th to April 1st. I had been searching for over 2 years for a property where I could make a difference in the environment and live in the wilderness. I was looking for water on a large tract of land that was remote. In 2017 I found the perfect property and to my dismay it had sold 2 days before I saw the listing. I was shocked because this was the perfect property. In my 2 years of searching I knew exactly what I wanted and this was the property. It had a private lake with fish. A solar cabin with a flush toilet and hot shower. The cabins 8 foot windows faced West for magical sunsets and view of the storms that roll in from the coast. It was beautifully treed with just the right amount of open meadow and forest with Hemlock, Ponderosa pine, and Larch. How could this property be sold? I tried to let it go but thought about it for the next year. After a year and a half had passed and my search continued I came across an advertisement for this magical property, it was up for sale again. I called the real estate agent immediately and found that an offer had been made but the buyers could not commit for 5 more months. I made an offer that day not really knowing how I was going to pull off the money. I knew this property was meant for me. I wrote the owner a letter explaining that I was a land steward and that this land would never be developed. I would be putting it in a land trust where no developers could put up condos. The owner happened to be a environmentally focused human and he ended up selling to me. Come to find out when I had first saw the property sold a year and a half before, that transaction had fallen through. The owner had just taken it off the market for the winter. You will absolutely love the magic of Nirvana Gardens. The quiet, the wild animals, the crystal clear lake, clean air, and relaxing healing atmosphere of the ultimate nature bath.Nirvana gardens is at 3000 feet in the North Cascades of Washington. Nirvana Garden - Solar Home
This place is absolutely stunning, the cabin is amazing and who can complain about power in the middle of nowhere. Also, I can't say enough about our host Matthew. His truck broke down and he found a way to get to the cabin, to clean and greet my family and I. Thanks again Matthew for allowing us to experience your own slice of heaven. If you are looking to unplug this place is definately worth it.

Beautiful!
We loved this property! The house and lake was a little slice of peaceful paradise and perfect for our family camp out. Everything is as advertised. Expect the last couple of miles driving in to the cabin to be slow going and take longer than expected, but very worth it.

Off Grid
If you want to relax this is the place to go. The only noise (minus our own kids) was the occasional plane which was maybe once or twice a day. So in other words, essentially nothing other than mother nature. I took a nap in an inner-tube on the lake a couple times during our trip. Watching the wildlife, dock jumping, paddleboarding, and swimming kept the kids entertained. The solar system and swamp cooler provided for all of our needs. There is a good sized fridge, industrial gas range, and outdoor grill that more than met our needs for cooking. Comfy beds and napping couch. Sunny days, the water, and star filled nights made for a memorable trip. Matt met with us before and after our stay. Our dog Charlie Moses in tow very much approved! We look forward to our next trip to Nirvana, thank you Matt for sharing your place!

Had such a great time at the solar home. The ultimate relaxation experience. The lake was great, we paddle boarded and kayaked all around. We hiked and explored all over the hills and land. The dogs loved it as well! Going to miss the peace and quiet.
