A multi-generational Hearthstead Farm, that aims to be ethical and ecological. Meadobrae Farm is owned by Heather and Bryce, and is directly connected to Heather's childhood home and still owned by her parents, Dean and Shelley! Horses, dogs, and cats are the current animal residents, with the glamping sites set up in the horse pasture. An off-grid canvas bell tent, set in the horse pasture on our multi-generational 23 acre family farm. Secluded, rustic, quiet, and peaceful, this glamping site is set up for you to come and relax. The tent has a queen size bed, interior stove, an outdoor fire pit and cooking grill, and walk through the forest to a secret faerie glen! No electricity or running water currently are available, but potable water provided.
We have tried to keep this site as sustainable as possible. Most everything is inherited or second hand, and that includes most of the wood for the decking coming from cedar trees from the property or from an old dock from Lake Washington, milled by my dad on the property! 30 minutes south of Seattle, 20 minutes from the airport, 30 minutes to the Puget Sound, and 45 minutes to the mountains, we are very conveniently located for all sorts of adventures!
