KLICKITAT VIEW CABIN
A private and scenic location
This is a secluded cabin with no other people nearby, merely some deer, in the high desert. There are some locations where you can see for miles. It is most certainly as advertised. Bonuses were that there was an acoustic guitar on the wall, and a full kitchen with an oven, a range, and a fridge (no freezer). It had all the pots and pans and things you would need for coffee, a French press and pour over. No coffee grinder or filters though. The one downside was that during the day there were quite a few yellow jackets, and some even got in the cabin via holes in the screen doors. We weren’t able to shower because the yellow jacket activity was quite strong, so we did sponge baths in the sink. The host has traps up for them but they are still numerous. We relaxed inside during the day and had no issue with it, but it wouldn’t be suitable to let kids outside to play. Overall though it was such a pleasant and relaxing weekend, I would recommend it for those it fits.

KLICKITAT VIEW CABIN
We had a great couple of days staying at the cabin. Cabin was as advertised and had everything we needed. The view of the mountain was stunning. It was nice to have all that space to ourselves, although we didn’t explore the property too much because the Yellowjackets were a bit feisty this time of year, but we still very much enjoyed our stay.

Cool spot
It's a cool piece of property. Perfect for glamping. Great launch pad for activities in the area. Sean was very attentive. We had 4 in our group, there's plenty of space for two more. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

KLICKITAT VIEW CABIN
A great experience!
Had a great stay at the Klickitat View Cabin. My wife and I enjoyed the scenery, the road to the cabin was filled with wildlife including deer and wild turkey. The property is perfect if you have a dog(s) that enjoys being off leash. The cabin was well stocked with most of the cooking utensils needed to cook just about anything. Sean was also very quick to respond to any messages or questions. It's no wonder this cabin gets such high reviews! Stay and see for yourself!

KLICKITAT VIEW CABIN
Stargazers delight
What a perfect spot! The cabin feels like a true passion project. It’s cozy, comfortable and well curated, like you’re in your own home (the mattress upstairs was SO good). We loved sitting on the bench overlooking the valley and sunset view of Mt. Adams. When it got dark enough, we set up our chairs in the driveway and watched the stars and meteor shower. I can’t wait to come back.
