Easy walking distance to numerous open spaces, walking trails, parks/playgrounds, coffee shop and cafe in the adjacent, vibrant Greenbridge Community. 2 blocks to Westcrest Park, which has panoramic views of the city skyline, a flat open meadow, walking path, and an off-leash dog area.

Might be an option to park under Carport depending on size/configuration. Rigs must be self-contained.

Best suited for smaller rigs (~25 ft total length max). Located at the dead end of a shared (w/neighbors) driveway ~60 yards from main street, with tight turnaround/backing radius--but doable if you are good at maneuvering/backing. If towing a trailer, you will likely need to back it down from the street into the spot. Plenty of light exposure for solar panels. If power is needed, you will likely need an extension cord and 15 amp adapter to access 120V (standard) power outlet located on side of house. Hose/faucet on front of house to fill fresh water tank if needed. Might be an option to park under Carport depending on size/configuration.
