This property is almost 4 miles up Vulcan Mountain with amazing views. Great for hiking, biking, atv’s or local river at base of mountain provides a Community swimming hole as well as a beautiful river float. There’s 2 sets of hunks as well as a small kitchen table and couch with wood stove and fridge. There’s 2 creek crossings near by within 10 mins of bunk house. Wildlife is plentiful with deer and turkeys crossing daily. An apple orchard along easement road provides a delish snack along the way!!Pitch a tent or pull in a trailer/rv in addition to a cute little bunk house that provides 2 sets of bunks providing 4 twin mattresses, fitted sheets provided, bring your own pillow and sleeping bag or bedding can be provided for an extra 20$. Small kitchen table as well as a fold out futon with a fridge and wood stove. There’s a covered picnic area with bench available and a fire ring just 20 feet away. Cute outdoor shower house with gravity fed water is just outside to the back of bunkhouse along with outhouse toilet.
