Macs Camp
I like Mackens place. For a self sufficient camper it really fits the bil, and not too far from town. Interested to see what else gets added over time.

Macs Camp
Perfect summer getaway!
We had an amazing time at Mac’s camp. My dog loved every bit of it and explored the area on his own. The creek running by is peaceful. Access directions given by Mac were very helpful. He was super responsive on phone even at night (during a thunderstorm).

Macs Camp
We loved getting to spend some time on Macken's property. He is a very kind and accommodating person and he made sure we felt right at home. We set up our tents next to the beautiful creek and had a wonderful night. :-)

Macs Camp
Macken’s spot was perfect for us and our two pups. The spot is very private, large enough for a couple of tents and is right by the creek. Toilet area was clean with thoughtful accommodations. Macken was super attentive, friendly, had sweet pups, and knowledge of the area (We got lost while exploring and he quickly drove out to come help us get back). We enjoyed our stay here and would happily come back to camp again.
Macs Camp
Past the gated community
Mac was a very nice guy. And greeted me with friendly hello.
I would have to say this location is more for tent campers. The areas around the house were not really good sites for trailers or class A or larger Class C. I drive a Class B and was able to locate a level area adjacent to the driveway. I believe Mac is working at creating the back in sites.
Tent camping is ideal. Mac has sites next to a creek on his property and sites nearer the driveway.
Additionally, the drive into the property is a forest road with significant pot holes and rocks. Could be difficult with any trailer. Overhanging tree branch’s didn’t present any problems for my 9’-6” class B.
I think there needs to be a bit more said about the approach to the property, you check in at a security gate. Drive through the planned community and exit onto a forest road about 4.5 miles through the community. Macs property in not in the gated community but I believe it is land locked so you can only drive through the community to access the property. Macs directions were accurate, but there were a couple of times I had to stop and reread the sequence of left or right turns.
The little problems aside, this location is very, very secluded. If you want to be on a private property (Mac and his 3? Dogs will be in the home) that is as quiet as the forest. This is a great location.
