37 total acres 15 acres clear pasture land 22 acres wooded trails, mountain climbs Backside of the property goes all the way up to the mountain's ridgeline Bottom of the property has open fields with tons of wildlife (deer, turkey, possum, ducks, geese) and a small pond The ridgeline is flat and camp-able :)Three campsite options: - Lower fields- easy camping access, open fields, some rolling terrain but easily accessed with 2WD - Upper field- loose level gravel lot, easily accessed with 2WD, RVs, campers, trailers, etc. - The ridgeline and trail- only accessible by foot or 4-wheeler/dirt bike, some boulders, can tent camp anywhere along the trail or on the top of the mountain (ridgeline)
