Secluded Creekside Campsite #5
We were initially put off and embarrassed to pull into a property with multiple "Trump/Vance" signs prominently displayed out front. Solely because of that affiliation, we will likely not visit again. Having said that, the site itself is lovely and Chris is a gracious, generous host and then some. If your politics align or if those kinds of things don't make you wince, there is zero reason not to visit this campsite. While not far at all from the road, the site is situated so that it does indeed feel secluded. The bath house is clean and safe. The property is pet friendly. The stream is gorgeous.

The creek was very cute, and site was clean. Chris said he had just made the site we camped on and was very level to sleep. Only feedback would be a clearer path to the creek.

Stream Side Graveled Campsite #10
Exactly as pictured. Beautiful scenery. It was great waking up to the sound of running water in the stream. Clean site and bathroom. 10/10, would recommend.

Nice site with some improvements
Nice overnight stop location near Lynchburg and Roanoke. The site itself was great - level with easy access to water and electric hookup. Relatively quiet, and especially so running the A/C. We enjoyed the sunrise across the field and the two bunnies who had a home near the site. The only downside was the bathhouse. It is currently under repair/remodel so the fixtures are haphazardly installed. There was no place to hang your towels and the shower knob hot/cold connections are reversed (realized when I was waiting forever for hot water that when turned to cold it actually got hotter). Owner could improve bathhouse by adding some 3M Command hooks near the sink to hang a hand towel and 2-3 larger ones near the shower for a bath towel and toiletry kit. Also including a broom to sweep up any bugs/dirt, a mop to dry the floor after showering, and some paper towels to wipe up any messes would be helpful to allow us Hipcampers to leave the place cleaner than we found it. :-). We would stay here again if traveling through with our camper.

Was really great! And being by the creek was such fun! Our host Chris was very considerate in helping us navigate the RV. Would deff go back!!

Stream Side Graveled Campsite #10
My family and I really enjoyed camping at the stream side site. It was very private and relaxing. The site was great. The bathroom and show was clean and the water hot. Chris was very helpful.
