    Our spot is right on the Clinch River! You can fish, swim (at your own risk…NO LIFEGUARD) or just enjoy the quiet! We have a few spaces available that are RV - 50 or 30amp FULL service (Elec, Water, Sewer). No tent camping. Electric is included! VERY close to Kingsport, TN, Bristol, TN, I-81 and I-26. Perfect for fulltimers looking for a reasonably priced, full hookup site. Short OR long term!
