Great spot! A little bit difficult to get to, but the Highlander was able to get up the mountain no problem. Perhaps a little smaller than I imagined, but it was perfect for a weekend away. Quiet and secluded.

Directions were clear and it was easy to find the spot. The road up is definitely steep and rocky, however was easy to navigate in my outback. The site was clean and felt super secluded. V pointed us towards a great overlook a short walk away and we soaked up all the foliage. Great for dogs, too!

Good stuff for sure
This spot was exactly what i’d hoped it would be. It was beautiful, it was quiet, it was off the beaten path, the trees were incredible, the host was extremely responsive and everything was described perfectly. If i lived closer this would be a spot i’d come to again for sure.

Exactly what I expected. Road up is definitely tough, like most others say, 4WD advised. Perfect little spot, beautiful surrounding forest. Open canopy. Nice big fire pit. Directions communicated well. Offered a contact to purchase firewood from. Definitely recommend.

This place is really pretty and secluded. The site was slightly smaller than expected, but wasn't a big deal at all. NEED 4x4 truck. Just having AWD wasn't enough for my SUV. I would still recommend checking it out though! Host was great and very helpful/responsive.

Nice quiet private location. Close to amenities in the towns of Stanley and Luray plus a. Easy drive to hikes in Shenandoah NP. You definitely need four wheel drive to get there.
