During low tide, the water is pulled back into the main part of the river and this is where you will see the wildlife during this time. There are up to 8 Bald Eagles here at a time and during the Spring to Fall, you will see Osprey hunting for food right in front of you and usually getting chased by the Eagles. What an awesome site to be able to camp and be a part of so many creatures all in their natural habitat.
