Classic Pond View
Tent
I definitely recommend this spot. A few things to note: * The pond view is sweet if you can get it * Google maps drops you off 4 houses too far. If you reach the blue church on the right, you have gone too far. It is a white mailbox, not a black one. * The owner is super chill * The farm isn't too far from some main roads so there will be ambient noise during the day, fortunately it is a higher speed limit so the noise is fleeting * Typical night noises, birds, fox, and some barking dogs, but even the night noises were chill

We had a nice stay at Ann’s. She was very easy to communicate with and met us to make sure we were comfortable in our spot. We stayed in a pretty field next to her pond.

Tent
We had a great time staying at Ann's place! It was tranquil, near Kerr lake and plenty of firewood. We're already talking about visiting again in the future!

Great experience
Tent
Had a good time, Anne was an excellent host and the property is great. Shady area with hammocks and picnic table, pond. I don't remember last time I saw so many lightening bugs. Skeeters were not bad at all especially being by the pond I expected them to come for us. If you camp by the pond the frogs are pretty rowdy and much louder than I expected. Will definitely stay again if I'm in the area again.

Ann was incredibly friendly and her property is quiet, private and comfortable. My dog had a blast running around. I would absolutely camp there again!
