Overall, I rate tent camping here 3/5. We checked in at the main lodge and everyone was really nice and sweet. Plenty of maps and documentation was provided to ensure you got all the info you would need. Tent camping campground is basically an open field. There are plenty of spots to choose from for camping since it’s open. Some tree shade spots located near fenced areas but those spots were full or too close to horse stables. The deli is awesome and has great sandwiches and everything you could need for your trip. The main cabin is lovely and has great breakfast with a view! There is a river/ creek that is nice to play in - the time we went there wasn’t much water flow tho. The bath house is located across the street from the deli and behind a big white building. It’s hard to find at night. I recommend that they put more signs or a light there but could be that since it’s on a road away from the actual campground they don’t want to making it too inviting. The shower house was okay but expected to be in a bit rough shape. There was shampoo and soap available for anyone who forget theirs. No need to worry about hot water or the water pressure. Both were working well. Unfortunately the night we went there was a group of kids that showed up around midnight and made a huge bonfire. They played super loud music and left later in the night revving their trucks super loud on the way out. Not sure if they were campers or locals. Would be back but might try the lodges next time!

Meh
The place is very beautiful and it’s a place for family but not for anyone looking to be away from people. Where do I start, camping here is not like your local camp site. You can camp anywhere on their location, and this locations allows RV and campers meaning a lot of people. The day I went it was wild and super noisy with people and kids being loud late into the night. There is no noise discipline. It’s a nice location near the mountains thats it.

We loved it!!
Camping at Graves Mountain was the best decision my friend and I made. I just got in the nursing program and I needed to do summer homework, the Wi-Fi was a godsend. The staff was so amazing, there were so many activities to do. Some of the reviews on here say they didn't end up finding the showers. If you go to the lodge, they give you free hot showers in a nice area off one of the cabins. The camping spots were in a beautiful area of the valley, absolutely recommend!!
