Great for group camp
Very friendly staff. Huge open fields make for a very slim chance of being stuck right next to someone. Great place if you want to group camp and circle the wagons. Very see spotty cell signal in the field but they do have areas to access WiFi

Great pull up spot. Went during the Apple Harvest Festival and it was really nice being able to walk over to it and enjoy the atmosphere. Cell service is non-existent and the wifi came and went in the camp area but it was easy to find a spot to receive messages and then go back to camp. Carry in and out was easy and there’s plenty of room. Highly recommend it.

There was supposed to be picnic table and campfire pit. We couldn’t find any spot with these. I don’t know if it was overbooked or not. All of them were taken. What's the point of booking a campsite with these if we can't find any. We did not some things because we thought that there will be table and fire pit. Also no one was there. All the portable toilets were almost full. It might be because it was peak fall color time but people should check before coming here.

Welcoming and Gorgeous
We had an amazing time camping here and were so sad to leave. Everyone is unbelievably welcoming and the grounds are spectacularly beautiful. We dined at the restaurant, enjoyed the live music, got sandwhiches from the deli, and even went for a swim in the little swimming hole. White Oak Canyon is 10 minutes away and a must do hike in Shenadoah. DuCard Vinyards was delicious and gorgeous and right around the corner. We also had the best time ever with the goats who are so tiny and cuddly. The setup is a huge open field with tons of porta potties and a water spigot. We made a fire pit with rocks. We pet horses every time we walked back to our tent. I couldn't recommend this place more.

Must Try This Place!
Land was beautiful! Close to Shenandoah but lower in altitude than a lot of the camping sites on Skyline so it was nice for the fall. Deli food was GREAT and we had a blast at Apple Fest!

We went the weekend of the Apple Festival. Big mistake. Very crowded. Someone ran their generator all night both nights in spite of rules against it. It was unclear where to go to tent camp. Was told "down the road at the bulletin board" quite rudely. Showers were backed up and ended up standing in several inches of water.
