Get away from it all and relax in nature. We have rolling pasture, old wood forest, streams and two ponds on our property. Beautiful tranquil views everywhere. We have a small pond with all kinds of frogs, spring peepers. We also have a larger pond that has catch and release fishing.We have a 13x13 canvas bell tends with a real queen bed, wood stove, a small solar generator for charging, pot and pans, utensils, dishes mugs, pillows, sheets, and blankets. Outside we have an “outhouse”, fire pit, chairs, and a table, a gas grill and an egg grill. We also provide a camp stove for cooking. We have a pond in front of the tent, old woods, pasture and creeks. We also have a larger pond on the property you can catch and release fish. We have many different wild herbs and a ton of black walnut trees, (help yourself to the black walnuts in the fall)

So cozy!

This site was absolutely perfect! The property is gorgeous, so quiet, and the tent is so cozy. It has everything you need and so much firewood! It’s not far from Shenandoah national park for a great day of hiking! Suzanne was so kind and helpful! We will definitely be back!!

The Camp at Fairy Glen

Such a lovely little spot with friendly, hospitable hosts. The site had everything you could possibly need for a pretty luxurious camping experience. I was stoked to chat with Sue and John and my dogs and I had a nice time moseying around the property exploring the creek bed and ponds. Overall a great experience- albeit brief. I intend on bringing my ground sleeping averse husband next time, the comfy bed will be pretty persuasive. Highly recommend! Thanks so much.

Had such a great time at camp fair glen. John and Suzanne were very welcoming and provided us with all the camping necessities needed. Would highly recommend! Note: Waze/google maps had us turn too early so be careful when planning your trip and make sure to download maps beforehand!

We had a great time at Fairy Glen! John and Suzanne were very welcoming and helpful. The site was equipped with plenty of supplies and amenities. Would definitely come back. We used google maps which had us turn one turn too early. Look for the Fairy Glen sign.

The Camp at Fairy Glen

Sue and John have such a beautiful piece of land! We had a magical weekend in the mountains basking in the lush forests all around. The tent kept us warm and dry during some strong rains our first night and was stocked with pretty much all the camping supplies you need (outside of food). Sue was very friendly and welcomed us to the site, and checked in on us occasionally. Their dogs are very sweet and came to visit a few times which we loved!
