We are a family/veteran-owned small farm offering primitive creek-side and open field camping that's perfect for motorcyclists, car campers, and tourists traveling on an adventure. We are located along the historic Crooked Road Music Trail and right off the Blue Ridge Parkway at mile marker 159.3. The picturesque town of Floyd is only 4 miles away, with easy access to music, shopping, multiple grocery stores, local and international themed restaurants - all with a true feeling of Appalachian hospitality. There are 6 creek-side campsites and open-field campsites in the peaceful field, all with access to trails. We have been developing our dream property and wanted to welcome visitors with affordable tent camping in an incredibly beautiful area of the country. Also, on the property we have a store with essential camping needs, local products, artisan items, coffee, and souvenirs. During the summer we offer a "YouPick" flower experience in our crop field (come get a container and pick your own bouquet of flowers) and special/tourism events. Peak season for flowers is from July to September. We would love for you to camp and give us feedback as we are constantly improving things. Our newest amenity is a 1 mile hiking trail that starts at the campground and takes you through the woods to the top of our property. Come ride, camp, and explore the area!

Great place and friendly folks. Our spot near the creek was nice. My pup loved running in the open field and there is a hiking trail. The store has supplies and nice local crafts. Hope to return!

The camp ground was easy to find and the staff was great! Sites are easily accessible and spaced apart enough that you have privacy. Wash houses are always clean and the creek is welcoming. We had 8 people between two camps and everyone loved the sites. If your ever in Floyd, I would recommend this campground.

Loved Crooked Mountain! 10/10!
Absolutely loved Crooked mountain! First off, the owners were extremely nice and pleasant. The campground itself is gorgeous and the amenities superbly clean. Our spot was spacious and right next to the stream that runs through the property, couldn't have asked for a more pleasant space! The rest of the grounds are scenic and we really enjoyed spending time there walking around. The flower picking is a really nice added bonus, we got to take home a really nice bouquet of food flowers! 10/10 recommended, especially considering the town of Floyd (a REALLY cool little place with great restaurants, music and shops) is 10 minutes away!

Loved camping at crooked mountain, our pups loved to wade and play in the creek and walk and explore the trail, having a hammock to lay on right at the water to relax on with the sound of the creek is a plus

Contentment
I loved Site 6 tucked away at the end of the lane. The tent pad was excellent and gave a nice platform for my small tent. As always it was a joy to see all of the flowers, take long walks and rediscover the hiking trail.
