Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.

We have 30+ acres along the Clinch River. Our land is located between two boat landings. We will soon be offering picnic tables around our property. Fishing, kayaking, & tubing are all great activities for this area. Our land is isolated from nearly all industrial areas. Minimum amount of traffic surrounds the area. We also have otters located on part of our property!! This is great for stargazing or just getting away from society. THERE ARE WILD ANIMALS— Bear and other wild animals have been known to spend their leisure time hanging around so beware and do not leave trash. There will be a contract upon arrival stating that you are aware of the wildlife and natural disaster dangers that come with camping and that we are not held responsible for any incidents due to the natural environment.Pitch a tent on our sandy river fronts. Behind you will be a corn field hiding the gravel road. Say hello to kayakers and tubers as they travel down the river. We are hoping to add picnic tables. Rock fire pit is located as well as complimentary trash bags. We do offer camp chairs rentals with an additional price in case you forget yours! Ask us about the Punch Buggy (coming August 2023). Maybe you want to camp upon finishing your river trip. Put in at Nash’s Ford’s boat landing and kayak or float down the river to your campsite. Want to go further the next day? Hop in the river the next morning and find your next location in Cleveland or St. Paul! Guests must be fully self contained with their own toilet/shower facilities and must take all waste with them on departure.
