Bring your tent, travel trailer or RV to our farm, Located 5 miles from the town of Culpeper VA, 22 miles from skyline drive, some of the best wineries, breweries, and many more tourist attractions. Here you can spend some quality time with family and friends, go for a hike, bike ride, horse back riding, stargaze or just do nothing. We are 1 mile down a dirt road on 104 acres, our sites are very private and secluded.

50/30/20 amp and water hookup

Juan had very clear communication. Although the weather was wet, we were so grateful to hook up our RV and feel right at home, relaxing, listening to the rain come down. Even with the heavy rain, the site was not muddy.

Great spot

Awesome spot. The gentleman whose property it is is welcoming and kind. The spot is pretty level and I was able to hook up to everything pretty quick and easy. Did not get to fish the lake but it is larger than we were expecting. Will be going back

The Point at Caynor Lake

My husband and I loved tent camping at The Point. Juan was very responsive and informative. The site is peaceful and beautiful. We rented two kayaks from Juan and enjoyed spending time on the small lake. The site was equipped with a nice picnic table and fire pit. We purchased firewood from Juan. We hope to come back and would definitely recommend.

Great views

This campsite was great! We really enjoyed our time! We stayed with a 6 prison tent and a car pop up tent. The campsites were a little closer than we expected but it was okay for us. There are people across the lake and you can hear noise from the road, but that didn’t bother us! We will definitely book again!

The Point at Caynor Lake

I loved tent camping here at the point. It was the best spot with a great view and not too close to other campsites. I will definitely come back with my dog! Juan was a wonderful host.

Easy Lakeside Camping

Juan is everything you'd expect and more from a fantastic HipCamp host. He communicated quickly with some questions we had and provided valuable information. It was easy to find the sites with his provided directions. The sites are beautiful, right on the water, and spread out enough for us to feel private. We fished on the lake and caught some Largemouth Bass which was nice, and the firewood Juan had was dry and easy to access.
