Here you can spend some quality time with family and friends, go for a hike, bike ride, horse back riding, stargaze or just do nothing. We are 1 mile down a dirt road on 104 acres, our sites are very private and secluded.

The Point at Caynor Lake

The Best!

One of the best campsites we have ever stayed at. We keep coming back like it’s a second home! Stunningly beautiful, serene and private. Clean and well maintained, Juan is a great guy and host.

Worth the price of admission!

We loved staying at Juan’s with our travel trailer, they had great electrical and water hookups with privacy and a view. Juan was great to coordinate with and his land’s location relative to Culpeper was great.

The Point at Caynor Lake

The Sweet Point

My husband and I enjoyed our stay! There were no other campers so it was very peaceful. Please note, you are staying on someone's property. We had someone pass by riding horses one morning, and several people finishing in front of us the next day. It's certainly not 100% private, but quite lovely. Ample space, right in front of the lake. It exceeded our expectations. We would definitely come back again. For those wondering about cell reception, T-Mobile worked okay with 2-3 bars at this location.

We stayed in a large, homey, mostly secluded spot within sight of other homes and across from acres of cornfield. Green everywhere! There are other dry camping spots by the lake that are breathtaking and likely quieter. But we wanted power and our site was very nice . A daily walk to the lake was lovely.
