Just a few miles away is the Appalachian trail and the Trail Boss Loop, along with easy access to a lovely stream.
Just 15 minutes from I-77. There is approximately 1/2 mile gravel road from the end of the paved road to the campsite.Camp right beside a 100 year old homestead cabin. Water plus 30 and 50 amp hook ups. Very quiet site. Feel free to take your chairs up the hill to enjoy the beautiful mountain view or sunset, and maybe some deer & turkey. In seasson, there are tons of fireflies. The dark sky makes for great stargazing. There are also some walking trails.
